At Herbein’s Garden Center, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to be simple and straightforward.

Return Period: 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned with the original receipt in new condition.

Return Method: In-Store Only

All returns must be made in person at our store location. We currently do not accept returns by mail or online.

Refund: Full Refund

Eligible returns will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

Processing Time: 1 Business Day

Your return will be processed within one business day of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Requirements:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Items should be in new condition
